When Gaming Is a Source of Enjoyment
Online betting and casino games are primarily for entertainment. At oc999, we believe the experience is truly enjoyable only when each player plays mindfully and within their financial means. Playing in the hope of winning or trying to recover losses can sometimes be the start of a problem.
On this page you will learn how oc999 helps you play in a healthy and safe way — all the tools, from setting deposit limits to self-exclusion, are right at your fingertips.
- All ages verified: for players aged 21 and above only
- Set your own deposit limits
- Take a time-out or self-exclusion at any time
- 24/7 support in Bengali is always ready
Important Reminder
- Gaming is never a substitute for income — it is entertainment.
- Only play with money you can afford to lose without affecting your daily life.
- Avoid playing while drinking alcohol or under emotional stress.
- Placing larger bets to recover losses is a sign of problematic behaviour.
- If you need help, our support team is always ready.
Our Protection Tools
These tools at oc999 can be used directly from your account settings. If you need assistance, let us know via live chat or email.
Deposit Limit Setting
Set your own deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing it takes effect after a review.
Session Time Limits
Decide in advance how long you will play in one session. When the set time is up, oc999 will automatically alert you to take a break.
Time-Out Option
Want a short break? Take a time-out from 1 day up to 6 weeks. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in to your account.
Self-Exclusion
For a longer break, choose self-exclusion. During this period, no marketing communications or bonus offers will be sent and your account will remain closed.
Age Verification
The minimum age to open an account at oc999 is 21 years. Age verification is mandatory at registration. Protecting minors from gambling is our responsibility.

Tips for Healthy Gaming
Following these simple tips will keep your experience at oc999 enjoyable at all times.
Plan Your Budget
Decide how much you will spend before you start playing. Once that amount is used, end the session — regardless of wins or losses.
Track Your Time
Set a time limit before you sit down to play. Avoid long unbroken sessions and take regular breaks.
Know Your State of Mind
Avoid playing when you are stressed, angry, or feeling low. Playing with a calm mind leads to much better decision-making.
See It as Entertainment
There is no guaranteed winning strategy. Outcomes depend on chance — so play for fun, not with the expectation of winning.
